I have a field that records if my member is activated. It shows in the list, when I then go to edit the record the contents shifts to empty.
Other records remain in place.
Any suggestions ?

Make sure that you set the Edit Tag of the field correctly. For example, if it is boolean, make sure that you have set it to RADIO/CHECKBOX.
