Check your composer.json and make sure you have ^6.8.4. Vulnerable version should be <6.8.4, you may google "tinymce vulnerabilities" for more info.
This is my version "tinymce/tinymce": "^6.8.4"
But my question is, why made the downgrade? It was necesary?
I believe it is license issue: https://github.com/tinymce/tinymce/issues/9453.
