Hi everyone,

I have a column where I select an information (Select tag) that was previously added in another table, but I have in that column (select) Lookup Table->Allow add, and when I click on it, the modal is displayed to fill the data that I put that I could add.

The detail here is that, in that modal when it opens, I have also put in a column (select tag) to select information the option of Lookup Table->Allow add, and when I want to click on the button to add information, it does not open any other modal, it simply does nothing.

The Add Option dialog is for adding a lookup option (mainly the Link field and the Display fields only), it cannot replace the normal Add page for a table, avoid using nested Add Option.
