Project file corrupted after power outage

Hi,
elecricity has gone while i am working on the project , and after when i try to open the project it show me a long error message this the begining from it
message:there is an error in xml document(0,0),Inner exception : system.xml.xml

please some help

You may check your backup project files. See Project File -> Auto Backup.

even with opening the file backup , it show same error
it is like the project is crashed and i can not open it
i have trya to open many backup

You may try to uninstall PHPMaker, and then re-install it again, and see whether that would help.

after i install the new phpmaker,i have the project is open,but i have got new error while saving the project
this the error message:corruped loose reference file:refs/heads/master

actually the is came 2 times then i update the composor
and it is now disapear, the project code is working , and also the generation
