Enable Tooltip for Custom Dashboard (v2023)

I have created a project which is only for custom dashboard . In that project tooltip is not working for anything what causes this??
In login page itself tooltip not showing when, mouse over home icon.

Please help me out.

You mau read Bootstrap docs on Tooltips, especially about how to Enable tooltips.
Press F12 in your browser and go to the Console panel to check for JavaScript errors.
