Adding new table to Master/Detail messes up existing selections (v2023)

It seems that whenever i add a new table to Master/Detail in table settings, all existing Referential Integrity, Cascade Delete and Cascade Update settings default back to all checkboxes selected. Ironically other than the table I just added, which has none selected. I have a lot of detail tables and these settings are very specific, and i have to reset them all every time.

Yes, I can reproduce the issue, too.

Glad I'm not the only one, I have complex master/detail scheme so for safety I have to take a screenshot before adding a new table

It seems this has been fixed in v2024.
