Grid edit buttons and warning improvements

The buttons to save or cancel in grid edit are in a style alien to the rest of PHPMaker's buttons.
These buttons should follow the standard button styles. They should also have tooltips, and users should recieve a warning when leaving grid edit mode without saving.
Currently work can easily be accidentally lost, especially with the tiny buttons
