CKEditor 4.22.1 (Standard) version is not secure

How do i upgrade the ckeditor version to avoid the message below:

This CKEditor 4.22.1 (Standard) version is not secure. Consider upgrading to the latest one, 4.24.0-lts.

Better switch to TinyMCE as CKeditor 4 has reached its End-Of-Life in Jun 2023 according to the official site.
