I use the default report but without titles and page numbers, because if I use a custom report, the disadvantage is that it cannot display page numbers unless I design it myself using my own php file with dompdf or with fpdf.

I hope in this future phpmaker can add Title and Page Number from Gui summary report, it can be perfectly for phpmaker report.
