I can see that the system has a major amount of ways to enable data to be viewed, added and edited across more than the default single column
But I cannot understand why there isn't a simple option to use, in the Tables Options pages
For instance in the Search section it has "Fields per Row (Extended) : 2"
Why does it not have in the View / Add / Edit sections
Display Data Columns : 1 as a default
But allow, 2, 3, 4 to be used, and then a user could try their site, see it works ok on 3, and maybe settle on 2, or default to the 1 column.
So my feature request, is to offer a simple way to have the data from a table display in more than one column
Maybe a second option to this, would be to display
FieldName: data , FieldName: data
Or
FieldName , FieldName
sata , data
some users might prefer more than one column, but with the option to display field tname over teh data, and some side by side
Either way, I am sure, most users would like to see a simple way to put their resuls into two or more colums, without the hassle of the custom template edits, but still keeping those as available options.
