I am trying to have my site link to an extern url after activation.
This means I have to enable HTTP Redirection in advanced settings... when I do this and publish I get asked to install a certificate on my local server with warnings that it is not safe to do so.

Is it safe, any advice please.

If it is for testing in localhost, please google for "localhost https certificate" on how to set up.
