multiple 'Display fields' in lookup table

Hi all,
I set up correctly a lookup table for a select.
In the 'Display fields' box I selected 2 display fields that appear together separated by a comma.
I don't like this view, I would like to be able to put the second 'Display field' in other positions of the form as for the others.
Is it complicated?
