Very often when setting up a complex table and code, there are small nuances that need to be highlighted for future code updates.

Please allow for saving such "programmer notes" for each field and for each table. An extra column can be added at end of each field for memo text, and in Tables page for this.

The comment will then be displayed as Tooltip over the the left side List of Tables and Fields for easy reference.

Similar to this idea, I suggest an optional field for developer to add a "commit note" when using "save" or "save as...". Because now the application supports git and roll back to a previous version.
