Grid-Edit mode - drag/move selected row

While in GRID-EDIT mode, is it possible to move ROW4 to ROW2?

== AFTER (MOVE ROW4 to ROW2) ==

I'm considering to try DRAGGABLE + SORTABLE JQUERY, but if there are any better recommendations would appreciate it.
