Unable to convert old project file

Hello,
V2021 Project file open with ASP.NET Maker 2022.4.0: "Unable to convert project file xxxx to ASP.NET Maker 2022.4.0. Please Check."
Check for what ??? I have read Migrating to v2022, but this is no help. There are no problems to create new projects in v2022.4.0.
