Advanced setting for username display

Since v2022 the logged in username is displayed at the top of the sidebar.
We should be able to choose the location that the username is displayed:
- Top of sidebar
- Bottom of sidebar
- Far right of navbar
- Do not display
Also I would prefer an option to display the user's actual name rather than user name:
- leave blank for default (username)
- fields to display comma separated
