Make "Export field caption" and "Export original values" per table settings

Currently "Export field caption" and "Export original values" are in located Advanced settings and apply globally
For some tables you may need to export original field names, and original values
For other tables you may need view values and captions.
Creating overrides for these on individual tables can time-consuming especially if you have many tables and tables with many fields.
It would be great to be able to choose the export settings on a per-table basis

The table (and hence the Page) object has ExportOriginalValue and ExportFieldCaption properties, you can set them by server event.
