filtered screen on server/client script

hi,
the zone area to list all the server and client script is quiet big long
it could be useful to have an tiny option toggle on/off to only see the server/client script name which are edited and even : a datetime of last edition
actually, you only use bold style , the list remains long and there is no date of last change.
