When a user's session expires and he clicks a view/add/edit button to open a modal window, the window fails to open, which is correct, but it doesn't display any error message and doesn't redirect to the login page. This is confusing to users who may not realize that their session has expired and don't understand why the modal isn't opening. I'd like to request that when a session is expired and the user clicks a button to open a modal window, that it redirect the parent window to the login page.
