white space preservation

When I create a custom file in PHPM then publish it, the white space, especially extra line breaks, are truncated in the published page. My original white space is in the PHPM project, but the published version doesn't retain this.

In practice I'll modify the published page since it's on the dev server then I'll copy/paste my updates back to PHPM. That white space makes the code much easier to read, obviously. The only work-around I have right now is to copy/paste from PHPM into the published file, update my code to suit, then copy/paste from my updated file back into PHPM. If the white space was retained I'd only have to copy/paste once rather than twice.

So, I request that PHPM retain white space as written when custom files are published.

Thank you.

Implemented in v2017.
