Logo and Header

There should be an option to move the logo into the menu area and eliminate the header completely. This applies to both the vertical menu and the horizontal menu. In both cases, the logo would appear in the top-left corner. For the vertical menu, the logo would appear above the menu. For the horizontal menu, the logo would appear to the left of the menu.
