PHP email export Exceed maximum export count

I host my own exchange server and want to send exports of selected records to recipients within my own domain, therefore not spamming out on the internet.

Where can I alter the PHP setting that is causing me to get the error "Exceed maximum export email count . Please try again later"?

Change the number in [Tools]->[Advanced Settings]->[Max email send count per session]
