CurrentUserID() for hardcoded Admin

In V9 the hardcoded Admin had the UserID -1, now in V10 there is no UserID.(?) In some projects I checked the permissions on UserID-Level, but now this isn't possible.

There is no change for CurrentUserID() for hardcoded admin in v10, it is still using -1.
