Hide Div and Menu on one page

I have a header div in my header... When I generate the page to have no header it still shows..
I'd like to hide the Header and the Menu and the Divs for anonymous users.

No header/footer will hide the layout for the page. If you have other headers (e.g. set up in Page_DataRendering), you need to handle yourself.
