Change icon

Is there anyway that I can change the various Icon such as Add, Edit, Grid Edit etc..?
Not all my user are very tech savy and they tend to not understand the Icons

I can create a small gif with text, but I would I switch them?

They are defined in the language file. You can change them using the Language_Load server event:
