Copy userlevel with permissions

Would be really nice to be able to copy a userlevel in the userlevels table to a new name along with all its asssociated permissions in the userlevel_permissions table.
Oftentimes I need to make a similar but not identical userlevel and its both time-consuming and prone to errors if i have to reassign all the persmissions from scratch.
