calendar dateformat

Changing the calendar date format from "DD/MM/yyyy" to "dd.MM/yyyy". Lang-TR, locale (tr-TR) fails on Aspnet2023.

I am sorry. I misspelled here. Since I chose the date format in your project, it was using the "/" separator. The setting I made in the local setting in the default setting started to work.

format Default = Local Setting

fotmat dd.mm.yyyy = "/" separator.
I was able to run it. Sorry again for bothering you.
