Update template error when update on start disabled

Opened PHPMaker 2023
Select "Update Template"
socket error (Unknown host 'www.hkvstore.com') <-- sometimes this error pops up
Stuck at "Checking packages, please wait..."

wait forever and nothing happens, Previously it will report if 2 packages updated or 0 packages updated.. but now just stuck.

Above I forgot to mention I

DISABLED Check new version on start
DISABLED update template on start

in Adv Settings

Now I ENABLED both back on again, quit phpmaker and relaunch and it's working again. Think it is a bug when manually turnoff check on startup and try to update manually.
