Missing Export Button on Summary Report (v2022)

I created a summary report and in Table Specific Options, I've enabled ALL the export checkboxes. In PHP settings, I've enabled the Export->Enable in List/Report page. Despite this, the export button isn't displayed when I view the report. What am I doing wrong? What other settings have to be enabled to make the Export button show up? (v2022.12.4)

Make sure you have showed the report and/or the charts (if any) so you have something to export, you may read:

Table Setup -> Report Settings -> Show report
Chart Setup -> General -> Show

Yes, the Show Report checkbox is enabled, and the report displays fine on the screen. However, there's no export button.
