Sometime we need a Fixed Header only or Fixed Footer only
and both Fixed header and footer.
If we change from our end we have to change many things like the height of the wrapper, padding, place of the error message as all the error message are overlap my the fixed header.
proper footer padding not to overlap and so on........
So I request the PHPMaker to kindly provide a option to make the Fixed Header and Fixed Footer.
