Enable debug mode and see what is the error.
404 is not found. Make sure you have re-generated all scripts after enabling the feature. If you use Use route cache, you must delete the route cache, read the notes in the docs.

the system does not generate the ResetPassword.php files
Make sure you have enable Password Recovery Page and have not enabled Login with 2nd factor only (if enabled, the password field is not used) and re-generated and re-uploaded all files.
