how to make a table scroll bar at top

Hi every one ,
I want to make a scroll bar at top of the table like paging (scroll bar at top and botton), to make it easy for the user to scroll side and not force the user to scroll down to scroll to side

There is no such feature. Standard HTML does not have top scrollbar unless you add another HTML element yourself at the top and write your own JavaScript to emulate.
