Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected identifier userpriv.php

I have migrated my previous project into Version 2019.

When i am going into permissions table, there are no options (tables/views/reports) showing for assigning permissions.

when i am pressing F12, following error is showing:

Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected identifier userpriv.php?userlevelid=1:398

What is the code in line 398 of the generated userpriv.php file?

If you use old language files, make sure you have updated them for v2019.
