Problem with Lookup Table

In Edit tag of a Field I used Select then Use lookup Table. Then setting was done for Child Lookup Field. Select shows correctly for a field in Grid edit but when I open a record in edit page dropdown only shows Please Select and Nothing else is shown.

Please help me with this

There are no records in that dropdown control because it seems it depends on the selected value in its Parent Lookup Field. Make sure the Parent Lookup Field has been selected first.
