Upload files in different record folders

Hello, i ma trying to upload every employees documents inside personal folders and not all documents in same folder, is there any way to do this?

for example

UPLOAD FOLDER/ EMPLOYEE1/
UPLOAD FOLDER/ EMPLOYEE 2/
