Error: The URL cannot be empty

Hi, I just start to use v2019. I have simple project based on MSSQL server and project that works in v2018. But when try to migrate (open) in v2019 I instantly got error: The URL cannot be empty. Parameter name: url. Any help. Thanks

Download PHPMaker again for converting old projects: https://www.hkvstore.com/phpmaker/download.asp, make sure the ewconvert3.dll is dated today.
