Where to put the content of header/footer code?

I don't want to use the header and footer of phpmaker so when generated the script for the custom home file i checked the noheader/footer checkbox, but in the header phpmaker file i have my google-verification plus other important in the meta attribute also in the footer section i have the Facebook customer chat code so my question is where should i include this codes if i don't want the header and footer in my custom home file. thanks in advance.

Try to View Page Source from your browser now, does your desired script are included in your custom home file? If not, then it means you need to add that script directly into your custom home file.

Thank you for your help, my footer was not included so i included it in the content.
