Not sure what happened, I didn't change any setting for making the entire website now be right aligned, but that's what it's doing now. I was only playing around with the Advanced Security and now everything is right aligned, all columns for the tables have to be read right to left. What happened and how do I reset it back to normal?

I saw that suddenly there are a lot of new styles in the project after generation, with names like bootstrap-theme-rtl.css, and MPApplications-rtl.css (MPApplications is my project name). Are these the reasons why the project has suddenly gone right to left?

Make sure you have not checked the option: Tools -> Advanced Settings -> Use css-flip

Thank you so much, that was the problem. I have no idea how that got checked though, very odd indeed.
