How can I resize Master "Detail Add Page"

Can any body please let me know how to resize "Master Detail Add" page to screen size or smaller.

Resize your fields width. Check Edit Tag --> Size of each fields.
If you have many fields in Detail table, Master/Detail Add (horizontal input) is not your option, you have to go with normal Detail Add Page (vertical input).
