Master/Detail - Remove button

I have a master detail relationship set up
When I look at the detail it shows the records and under the record count there is a button called Event Comments (which is the detail table)
which takes it to event_commentslist.php?showmaster=meteor_events&fk_event_id=85837
Can I get rid of this button - I have looked everywhere
