Pop-Up Windows Security

Hello,
For a while now I've been getting a Windows Security pop-up on my website whenever I enter. The server asks for my password and username. I would like to remove this pop-up for users within the domain. From my understanding I need to use LDAP in advanced settings but not sure what to fill in. Any help would be appreciated.
