Save positions and sizes of tables in Master/Detail config

The positions and sizes of the tables in the Master/Detail table configuration (Table -> Table tab -> Master/Detail -> Modify...) should be stored and restored on entering again.
At the moment, all tables are rearranged and equal sized (to small) on open so that every time needs to be rearranged and resized manually to work with!
