Android and IOS Native App's Maker

Dear HKVstore developers and users,
Today the customers are asking a lot for Android and IOS APPS´s , mainly with database connection, including offline database habilities (and sync when online)
Using a Web browser app in smartphones is not productive.
Smartphones and tablets need Native Apps.
When HKVStore will develop an "Android and IOS Native App´s Maker" ?
Meanwhile, which software can be used in order to develop Database App´s for Android and IOS, with offline database capabilities ?
