one click option

I would like to have a new sort of Edit Tags like a "star-rating". The generated project should give us the ability to make only one click to increase/decrease a value from the field. This is helpful for ratings or for an order quantity.
With this feature the enduser has only to klick on a symbol for +/- and it is not necessary to type characters.
Another helpful new Edit Tag is an 1-Click option for ordering. It could used in such cases wich it is necessary to sort a list by hand like menu-entries e. g.
