Multiple Userlevels

It should be possible that a user could added to multiple userlevels.
Further it should possible to set a date for start and ending when a user is member of a specific userlevel. With this it is possible to create easy different accounts in a community wich expire after a given period, e. g. for payed accounts like Premium-Membership.
