It's high time to upgrade PHPM visual skins (HTML Themes). No doubt, one of the most-welcome new feature. Thank You!

I have been waiting for this feature for a long time, I agreed it far better to have theming with graphical interface in PHPMaker.

I support this.
I will really appreciate a means to use a custom theme easily for my site. Although i do not know if this new Custom Template feature in V9 will help solve this issue.

A simpler template methodology and formatting scheme would be a nice added feature for variation and unique designs.

after 8 - 10 years you kind of get sick of the same layout and TOP menu's are not exactly a huge variety imo
