Display Extra Summary Text Box below the Menu

I have a less menu item and all the space below the Menu are empty.
Now in the blank space of the Menu, I would like to create a text box where I can display some valuable information for my users.
The information showing on this text box should be dynamic.
Means for different list page the information should be difference.

Is there anyway to do so.

Customize ewmenu.php to suit your need.

customizing the generated code is not suitable.
is there any way to do so, with the server event
