Captcha and PHPMailer problem

"When I attempt to use the 'Password Recovery Page' section with 'captcha', I encounter the error 'SMTP connect() failed.' However, if I don't use 'captcha', it sends a reset email directly without problem. i use Phpmaker 2024.9
