advanced search multi select

I have a field SLNO in a report page, want to apply advanced search on that filed. now i can select with any number. Then i want to select multiple SLNO with comma separator (eg: i wnat to search like 51,52) then the rows should display with SLNO 51 and 52

You may enable Edit Tag -> Select -> Multiple.
