Problems with download file zip

Greetings to the forum, I'm trying to post a question that probably has a simple answer but I can't get to it. I have a problem downloading .zip files which are emptied (Bytes equal to 0) once downloaded. This problem does not occur with all other file types. Can you help me ? Thank you

Make sure you have already added zip extension file from Allowed non-image file extensions under Tools -> Advanced Settings, after that, re-generate ALL the script files, and try again.
